Director/PDMR Shareholding - Correction
The Company notifies a correction to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released by the Company on 8 September 2022 with RNS Number 7434Y (the "Announcement").
The relevant dates for the exercises of options by Nick Stone and Sebastian Davenport-Thomas under the Company's Save as You Earn scheme ("SAYE") were incorrectly stated in the Announcement as 16 August 2022 and 1 August 2022 respectively. The correct dates of exercise were 27 July 2022 and 18 July 2022 respectively.
All other details remain as previously announced. The full amended notifications (reflecting the correct exercise dates) are set out below in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
