Braemar Shipping Services PLC (LSE: BMS), a leading international provider of knowledge and skills-based services to the shipping, marine, energy, offshore and insurance industries announces that the Company was informed on 28 June 2017 that the trustee of the Braemar Shipping Services plc Employee Share Ownership Plan ("ESOP") released 5,179 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to James Kidwell, Chief Executive of the Company and 4,000 Shares to Grant Smith a PDMR.
The release of the Shares was made following the vesting, on 22 May 2017, of the Shares awarded to James Kidwell and Grant Smith at nil cost under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan in relation to the year ended 28 February 2014.
Following this announcement, James Kidwell holds 145,249 Shares, equivalent to 0.5% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and Grant Smith holds 48,375 Shares, equivalent to 0.2% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
