Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed on 20 June 2008 that James Kidwell, Finance Director, has acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company following an exercise of 10,000 options at a price of 245 pence per share. Accordingly, Mr Kidwell's beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 89,750 ordinary shares, representing 0.43 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
