Braemar Shipping Services plc announces that an application has been made for 150,000 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trade on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, to be issued upon the exercise of options granted under the Braemar Shipping Services plc 2008 International Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.
The new Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company. It is anticipated that the new Shares will be admitted and trading will commence on 8 February 2012.
