Braemar Seascope Group PLC13 December 2006 13 December 2006 Braemar Seascope Group plc ("the Company") Additional Listing The Company announces that application will be made to the UK Listing Authorityfor 40,250 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company tobe admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading onthe London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. The shares have beenissued pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Braemar SeascopeGroup Plc 2003 Savings Related Share Option Scheme and were purchased at a priceof 148 pence per share. It is expected that admission will take place anddealings will commence in such new ordinary shares on 20 December 2006.Following this there will be 20,190,143 ordinary shares in issue.
