EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS
The Company announces that, following the exercise of share options, application has been made for the admission of 5,330,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 21 March 2012.
Following Admission, the total number of voting rights will be 1,013,039,792 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
