This programme issupported by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the Institute forOccupational Safety and Health (IOSH), the Communication Workers Union (CWU),and the Call Centre Management Association (CCMA). The outcome of the firstphase i.e. test results, will be available via the ASP web site from December2006.
