BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION
The Board announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a general block listing of 4,688,500 Income shares of £0.094976101 each and 3,603,500 Growth shares of £0.094976101 each in the capital of the Company which will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing shares, of the same class, of the Company. Shares issued pursuant to the block listing will be used for general business purposes to allow the Company to continue its current approach of issuing new Income shares and new Growth shares where demand exceeds supply. It is expected that the block listing application will become effective at 8 a.m. on 17 December 2020.
Any shares issued in connection with this block listing application will be issued at a premium to the net asset value.
