DIRECTOR SHARE OPTIONS
Benchmark Holdings plc announces that on Tuesday 5 January 2021, and in accordance with the intention disclosed in its Annual Report and Accounts published on 27 November 2020, options over Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each in Benchmark ("Ordinary Shares") were granted to Trond Williksen, Chief Executive Officer and Septima Maguire, Chief Financial Officer, under the Company Share Option Plan (CSOP).
Options over a total of 597,015 Ordinary Shares were granted to Trond Williksen; and options over a total of 380,597 Ordinary Shares were granted to Septima Maguire. Following this grant, Trond Williksen remains interested in 180,000 Ordinary Shares and holds options over a total of 2,097,015 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.03% and 0.31% of Benchmark's existing issued share capital respectively. Following this grant, Septima Maguire remains interested in 317,028 Ordinary Shares and holds options over a total of 1,380,597 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.05% and 0.21 % of Benchmark's existing issued share capital respectively.
The options granted have a vesting period of three years, may be exercised up to the tenth anniversary of grant, have an exercise price of 0.1 pence per Ordinary Share, and are subject to performance criteria.
