B&M European Value Retail S.A. (the "Company") NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RETIREMENT 

19 January 2018Following the placing by CD&R of its remaining shareholding in the Company on 12 January 2018, David Novak has retired as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 18 January 2018. The Board thanks David for his valued contribution to the Group over the last 5 years.
