Bowleven announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2018 (the 'Report and Accounts'), containing a notice convening the 2018 Annual General Meeting (the 'AGM'), has been posted to shareholders today.
The Report and Accounts together with the notice of AGM will be available on the Company's website at www.bowleven.com from 7am tomorrow morning.
