The Company announces that the following share purchase was made by a Director of Bowleven plc:-

Ed Willett, Exploration Director of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 18 November at a price of 40 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Ed Willett's total shareholding in the Company is 388,113 shares, representing 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company as at today's date.
