Block Admission Application

Bowleven announces that an application has been made for the block admission of 6,300,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective on 9 May 2017. The new Ordinary Shares will be allotted and issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's employee share scheme arrangements and when issued, will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company.
