Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights as at the date of this notice is 4,328,249,518.

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.

The Company notes that in its announcement of 2 October 2020, the total voting rights announced omitted 184,000,000 shares which were admitted to trading on 2 September 2020.
