APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The Board of Blancco Technology Group plc is delighted to announce that Adam Moloney will join the Company on 23 July 2018 as Chief Financial Officer and a Board Director.
Adam was Chief Financial Officer of AIM quoted Eckoh plc ("Eckoh"), a leading provider of customer service and secure payment technology solutions for contact centres until 2017. He had been with Eckoh since 2003 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2005. During Adam's time there, he managed the negotiation and integration of various significant acquisitions in the UK and US as well as the opening of a US subsidiary. Prior to Eckoh, Adam held senior positions in the finance functions of a number of privately owned companies.
Simon Herrick, who has held the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer since March 2017 and who additionally served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from September 2017 until March 2018 will step down from the Board on 23 July 2018. He will, however, remain involved in the business for a period to ensure a smooth handover to Adam. The Board wishes to place on record its thanks to Simon for his hard work and commitment over the past 16 months.
