Issue of Equity

Block Energy Plc, the exploration and production company focused on the Republic of Georgia, announces that it has issued 1,846,791 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") to settle £70,237 due to of outstanding creditors which includes, inter alia, advisors and consultants to the Company.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on or around 7 March 2019 ("Admission").

In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:

Following Admission the Company's issued share capital consists of 260,894,392 Ordinary Shares with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 260,894,392. Thereafter, the above figure of 260,894,392 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
