Issue of Unlisted Options
Berkeley Energia Limited ("Berkeley" or the "Company") advises that it has issued 7,600,000 unlisted incentive options exercisable at A$0.65 each on or before 30 June 2026 (Vesting on award of NSC II by the MITECO (or any similar body that has the power to approve the award of NSC II) at the Salamanca Project).
Following the expiry of unlisted options, Berkeley has the following securities on issue:
· 445,796,715 ordinary fully paid ordinary shares;
· 3,700,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2023;
· 25,221,562 unlisted options exercisable at £1.00 each on or before 30 November 2023;
· 2,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2025; and
· 7,600,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.65 each on or before 30 June 2026.
