ISSUE OF SECURITIES

Berkeley Resources Limited ("the Company") advises that it has today issued 968,000 fully paid ordinary shares following the conversion of 968,000 Tranche 1 Performance Share Rights upon satisfaction of the Pre-Feasibility Study milestone.

Dr James Ross, Deputy Chairman, was issued 100,000 shares upon the conversion and subsequently has a direct interest in 415,000 shares, a 0.23% shareholding in the Company.

Mr Robert Behets, Non-Executive Director, was issued 240,000 shares upon the conversion and subsequently has a direct and indirect interest in 1,240,000 shares, a 0.69% shareholding in the Company.
