Beeks Financial Cloud Group Plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, announces Christopher Livesey, Non-Executive Director has resigned from the Board with effect from 27 May 2020, reflecting increased time commitments at his other business interests.

Mark Cubitt, Non-Executive Chairman, commented, "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Chris for his valuable input since he joined ahead of the Company's IPO and wish him all the very best for the future. We will continue to assess the Board composition on an ongoing basis and look to appoint an additional Non-Executive Director at the appropriate juncture."
