Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, The Berkeley Group Holdings plc advises that as at 30 June 2017, the total issued share capital consisted of 140,157,183 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each.
The Company holds 2,668,472 shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 137,488,711.
The above figure (137,488,711) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
These figures exclude the 140,000 shares purchased by the Company on 29 June 2017 and 125,000 shares purchased by the Company on 30 June 2017 which are yet to settle into Treasury.
