The Berkeley Group Holdings plc announces that Greg Fry, a main Board Director, is retiring and will leave the Company on 31 December 2016.

Tony Pidgley, Chairman, said "I am very grateful to Greg for his loyal service to the Company, his integrity and his leadership of St George for more than 30 years. I would therefore like to thank him for being a first class colleague and I wish him every happiness in the future."
