Board APPOINTMENT
Berkeley is pleased to announce the appointment of Barbara Richmond as an Independent Non-Executive Board Director with effect from 1 January 2026.
Barbara was the Chief Financial Officer of Redrow plc for 14 years, up to its combination with Barratt Developments plc in August 2024 and, up until August 2025 was Group Integration & Synergies Director of the combined business.
Barbara is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Compliance Committee of Lonza Group AG and a Non-Executive Director at Barry Callebaut AG and brings significant experience in relation to large, complex companies and international markets.
Prior to joining Redrow in 2010, Barbara held senior finance and Group Finance Director roles at a number of UK listed companies including Inchcape plc, Croda International plc and Whessoe plc.
Rob Perrins, Executive Chair, said: "I am delighted to welcome Barbara to Berkeley. She brings with her directly relevant industry expertise, coupled with extensive listed company experience in other sectors, including manufacturing and retail, and will be a great addition to the Board."
There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to UKLR 6.4.6R and 6.4.8R.
