Change in Director Responsibilities

Bank of Ireland announces that Mr Giles Andrews will succeed Mr Ian Buchanan as Chair of the Group Transformation and Oversight Committee (GTOC), effective 7 March 2023. Mr Buchanan has served as Chair of GTOC since August 2018 and will continue to serve as a member of this Committee.
