Sector Reclassification
Biome Technologies is pleased to announce that the Company has been reclassified as a 1357 Specialty Chemicals company, within the Industry Classification Benchmark category of the London Stock Exchange with immediate effect.
Paul Mines, Chief Executive of Biome Technologies, said:
"The Board is pleased to announce the Company's sector reclassification to Specialty Chemicals; this sector better reflects Biome's focus on its fast growing bioplastics business activities and core strategy."

Admitted to AIM in July 2010, the activities of Biome operate in two divisions: Biome Bioplastics and Stanelco RF Technologies. Both divisions are underpinned by the Group's skills in the commercialisation and development of innovative technology.
The Group's core strategy is to develop and broaden its bioplastics business organically and is engaged with a variety of large-scale international customers and partners on a number of key commercial and development partnerships.
