Director/PDMR Shareholding

Biome Technologies plc was notified on 13 October 2010 that Michael Kayser, non-executive director, purchased 10,000,000 of its ordinary shares at 0.12 pence per share on that date. Following this transaction, Michael Kayser's total shareholding in Biome Technologies plc is 10,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.17% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
