Biome Technologies plc announces that it has today dispatched to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting. Copies of these documents will shortly be available on the Company's website www.biometechnologiesplc.com.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday 5 May 2011 at 11.00am at the offices of Financial Dynamics, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1PB.
