Under the agreement, BSG will continue to provide GSM financial clearing andsettlement services for their international roaming partners, includingdetermining operators' net cash positions and transacting foreign exchange offunds across various currencies. In addition, Telstra selected BSG over itsincumbent CDMA clearing provider to begin handing the financial clearing for itsCDMA roaming network. Telstra has a significant number of roaming partners onboth GSM and CDMA.
