Directorate Changes

BSG announces that Patrick D. Heneghan (Non-Executive Chairman), Admiral Leighton W. Smith and Gregory Carter (both Non-Executive Directors) will resign from their positions and the board of the Company effective December 31, 2017.

This decision is in line with the board's intention to continue to run the business on as low a cost base as practical.

Jason Wolff and Denham Eke, the Company's remaining Non-Executive Directors, will assume the role of co-Chairmen from January 1, 2018.
