Under the agreement, BSG will manage financial clearing and settlement for itsnetwork of more than 160 international roaming partners covering 90 countries;including determining operators' net cash positions and transacting the foreignexchange of funds across various currencies. Golden Telecom will be takingadvantage of the comprehensive reporting tools the financial clearing servicegives them in addition to pro-active debt management which has an efficient,cost effective reputation throughout the industry.
