Billing Services Group Limited14 March 2006 Billing Services Group Limited ("the Company") Additional Listing The Company has today made an application for up to 28,604,904 common shares ofUSD1.00 each in the Company ("Common Shares") to be admitted to trading on theAIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM"). The 28,604,904 Common Shares will be issued as consistent for the offer for theentire issued share capital United Clearing plc ("United Clearing") which wasdeclared wholly unconditional on 3 March 2006. The new Common Shares rank paripassu with the Company's existing Common Shares. The Company also announces that it has now received 83.2% valid acceptances inrespect of the issued share capital of United Clearing. The Company hastherefore applied to Aim to cancel the trading of United Clearing's OrdinaryShares of 1p each on AIM.
