Mr. Warshaw has worked as a consultant to ADDleisure since 2006. He has awealth of experience in the leisure and retail market working with well-knowninternational lifestyle brands and currently invests in a number of companies inthis field. Michael acquired and built Molton Brown and was Chairman until itssale to Kao Corporation of Japan in July 2005. He continues to consult forMolton Brown.
