Board Changes

The Board of Be Heard Group plc (the "Group") announces that Peter Scott has relinquished his role as Chief Executive of the Group and left the Board with immediate effect. He will remain as a strategic advisor to the Board for the next twelve months to support the business in its new phase of growth, following five acquisitions in two years.

Simon Pyper has been appointed Interim CEO, having joined the Group in May 2018 as CFO. Ben Rudman, a co-founder and CEO of MMT Digital, a Group operating company, has become Group Chief Operating Officer and joins the Board.

Commenting on the announcement, Non-Executive Chairman, David Morrison, stated:

"The Board expresses its appreciation to Peter for the role he has played in creating the group and being its driving force for the first few years of its development. Without Peter's vision and determination, Be Heard would not exist. We are pleased that Simon Pyper, having joined the group as CFO in May, has agreed to become Interim CEO and that Ben Rudman will also step in to a group role as COO."

Peter Scott commented:

"I am delighted that my initial vision to create a multi-faceted digital marketing business has been realised in the Be Heard Group today. As the business moves into a new phase, focusing on an integrated offer from its five partner agencies, it is the right time for me to hand the baton on to new leadership. I look forward to supporting and advising the business in every way I can in my new role whilst continuing to develop other interests outside of the sector."
