Director Shareholding

Bango (AIM:BGO) has been notified that on 28 November 2008, Mr. Peter Saxton, Chief Financial Officer of Bango plc, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 42 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr. Saxton is interested in 225,000 Ordinary Shares, or 0.795% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
