PDMR Dealing
Cambridge, UK, 1 November 2024 - Bango (AIM: BGO), has been notified that on 30 October 2024 and 1 November 2024, Rachel Ellis, General Counsel & Company Secretary and PDMR, undertook a series of transactions in order to execute ISA transfers, net of transaction costs (as set out below).
Following these transactions, Ms Ellis' aggregate direct and indirect interest in the Company is unchanged at 23,988 shares Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
