PDMR Shareholding
Bango PLC (AIM: BGO), the mobile commerce company, has today been informed that on 1 June 2018, Mark Rosten, SVP Product Development at Bango, exercised 10,000 of his employee share options and sold them for £1.70 per share. Share options are granted to all Bango employees as part of their benefits package. Employees may exercise a proportion of their options during employment. A PMDR announcement is made whenever a non-director senior manager at Bango exercises options.
