Director/PDMR and PCA Shareholdings
Bango (AIM: BGO), the global platform for data-driven commerce, announces that on 2 August 2021 Raymond Anderson, Executive Chair of Bango, transferred a total of 55,909 Bango ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to their progeny at nil cost. 27,955 of these were transferred to Coco Anderson, who is considered a person closely associated ("PCA") with Raymond Anderson.
Following the transfers, Raymond Anderson has a direct interest in 6,552,816 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 8.64% of the total issued share capital.
