Appointment of a New Non-Executive Director
The Company is pleased to announce that Ms Heather MacCallum has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 7 September 2017.
Heather was a partner of KPMG Channel Islands from 2001, retiring from the partnership on 30 September 2016. She was with KPMG's financial services practice for 20 years, predominantly providing audit and advisory services to the investment management sector.
Heather currently serves as a non-executive director on the board of Jersey Water where she is chair of the audit committee and on the board of Kedge Capital Fund Management Limited, an asset management business.
She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) and lives in Jersey.
In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed in relation to Ms MacCallum.
