The Company is required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse (the "Market Abuse Regulations") to make public transactions by its persons discharging managerial responsibilities and, because the Company's home Member State is the Netherlands, makes those transactions public via the Netherlands' Authority for Financial Markets, being the relevant competent authority for the purposes of the Market Abuse Regulations.
