Bank of Georgia Group PLC announces notification of transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibly and Connected Persons
This announcement relates to the purchase of ordinary shares of £0.01 each in Bank of Georgia Group PLC (the "Company") on 26 May 2022 and 27 May 2022. The Company was notified of these trades after close of business on 2 November 2023 and is announcing these historical transactions in accordance with its obligations under the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
During May 2022, Gemsstock Limited purchased an aggregate total of 400,655 ordinary shares, with notifications having already been correctly made in the case of all purchases (representing 372,155 ordinary shares) other than those subject to this announcement.
As at year end 31 December 2022, Gemsstock held a total beneficial interest in 1,373,779 ordinary shares. Such figure and holding was correctly disclosed on page 214 of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for Financial Year 2022.
