Betfair Group plc (the "Company")Additional Listing Application
A listing application has been made for 3,000 ordinary shares of 0.095 pence each in the Company, for shares allotted pursuant to the exercise of share options, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
3,000 ordinary shares of 0.095 pence each were allotted pursuant to the Betfair Group Limited Unapproved Share Option Plan 2008.
These shares are fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Admission of the shares to the Official List is expected to occur at 8am on 12 January 2016.
