The reduction in MBU Capital Group Limited's holding in the ordinary shares in Bens Creek Group Plc to 21.27% from 23.78% reflects the transfer of 10m shares in the company to a long-term investor, Bluestar Global Capital Limited, under a commercial arrangement entered into during 2021.
