Director/PDMR shareholding
Bens Creek Group plc (AIM: BEN), the owner of a metallurgical coal mine in North America supplying the steel industry, has been informed that, on 30 June 2022, David Harris, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 44,642 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 44.8 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Ordinary Shares were purchased via David Harris's self-invested personal pension ("SIPP").
David Harris now owns 302,099 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents 0.085% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, which forms part of Domestic UK Law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, is appended below.
