Director/PDMR shareholding
Bens Creek (AIM: BEN), the owner of a metallurgical coal mine in North America, has been informed that on 4 November 2021, David Harris, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 19.3245 pence per Ordinary Share.
David Harris now owns 200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
