Begbies Traynor Group plc, the specialist professional services consultancy, announces the appointment of Nick Taylor to the position of Group Finance Director with immediate effect.
Nick joined the Group in November 2007 as the group financial controller and has served as acting group finance director since August 2010. Having performed the latter role for the past four months, Nick has now been appointed to the Board as Group Finance Director.
Edward Nicholas Taylor, aged 39, is a chartered accountant who qualified with KPMG in Manchester. He previously held senior finance roles in United Utilities PLC and Vertex Data Science Limited, the business process outsourcer, before joining the Group as financial controller in November 2007.
Save as disclosed above, there is no further information to disclose in respect of Nick Taylor under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
