The Company announces that it has been notified that one of its non-executive directors, Graham McInnes, and his wife have disposed of an aggregate of 137,200 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as detailed below.
Following the sale, Graham McInnes has an interest in 780,232 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.49% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) and total voting rights at the date of this announcement.
