The Company announces that it has been notified that its executive chairman, Ric Traynor, who is classed as a PDMR has transferred certain ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his small self-administered pension scheme (SSAS), a person closely associated with him as detailed below.

Following the transfer, the aggregate shareholding of Ric Traynor and the PCA remains unchanged at 27,178,980 which represents 17.04% of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights at the date of this announcement.
