Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights

Begbies Traynor Group plc ("the Group"), announces that it has today applied to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange for an additional listing of 304,260 fully paid up ordinary 5 pence shares in the Group ("Ordinary Shares"). The issue and allotment of these additional Ordinary Shares is to satisfy deferred consideration obligations in respect of the acquisition of TBS&V Limited.

Admission of these shares is expected to occur on 8 May 2017 following which the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights is 107,007,862. The Group does not hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
