All otherdetails remain unchanged and the full amended text appears below. "The Company announces that it has applied to AIM for the admission to tradingof 280,689 Shares of 5p in the company. Of these shares, 274,726 are beingissued in satisfaction of part of the vendor consideration for the acquisitionof Middleton Partners, which was announced on 3 May 2006. The remaining 5,963shares are being issued in connection with the staff SIPP scheme. The shares are expected to trade on Monday 18 December 2006 and the total numberof shares in issue, following admission, will be 75,586,814."
