Further Adjournment of General Meeting
On 28 September 2016, Bond announced that it had adjourned the general meeting originally due to take place on 28 September 2016 to 10.00 am on 5 October 2016 (the "Adjourned General Meeting").
Bond announced earlier today that it had agreed improved terms in relation to the sale by Bond of its recruitment software division to funds managed by Symphony Technology Group, LLC (the "Sale") and that it would be convening a further general meeting on 24 October 2016 to propose a vote on the Sale. The board of Bond therefore considers that the ordinary resolution to be voted upon at the Adjourned General Meeting is no longer relevant.
Further to the Adjourned General Meeting which was opened this morning, the Chairman of the meeting has further adjourned the Adjourned General Meeting until further notice.
