AGM Statement
Martin Baldwin, Chairman of Bond International Software plc, the specialist provider of software for the international recruitment and human resources industries, will make the following statement at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at midday today:
"I am pleased that, despite the continuing economic uncertainty, the Company continues to make satisfactory progress. The strength of our product portfolio together with the high level of recurring income has allowed Bond to withstand the worst effects of the downturn and to continue to trade profitably."
